Recently bought a pair of new Audeze headphones here. All I can say is the staff here are awesome. They know their stuff, and they're super friendly and helpful and the dude on the stairs had the best jokes. If you want real pro advice speak to Lewis!

Very happy with my Cambridge Evo One and Dunu Alpha3 earphones. As someone with very limited audio knowledge but a desire to invest in better sound, the store (and Jason and Lewis in particular) were very patient with me and happy to demonstrate endless products
I went in to look for a first pair of IEMs with a budget of $200, and they made me feel very welcome. They didn't make me feel stupid or inferior for wanting something cheap, and they didn't push me to go up in price, they actually suggested a pair for $130 which I ended up going with. They were lovely and I will be going back (unfortunately for my bank account )
