Amazing place. Went in just to buy one small thing but ended up getting a whole lecture on some exotic otherworldly headphones and then I just started pointing at things and asking what it does and was receiving some of the highest knowledge I’ve ever heard. Not sure about his name but the guy with the cool oakleys was an absolute gem with one of the best customer service experiences in my 20 years of life.
Fantastic service all staff especially the man on the top floor who was very helpful and passionate about his work. Gave us a tour of his headphones and let us give some a spin. 10/10
Lovely establishment. Service was exceptional, lad upstairs with the glasses was particularly friendly. It’s clear he harboured a great passion for all things music, as he was endlessly insightful.
Bought a Cambridge Audio P100, very impressed with the quality of the headset. Addicted to Audio had it in the mail and delivered super quick. Great business to deal with.
The best place to go to if you want to up your audio game. Staff is friendly and will help you through the plethora of options available, from IEMs to floorstanders. Extra thanks to Lewis for the great service and chat!
