They also charge a 10% restocking fee, plus handling, merchant transaction, and freight recovery fees on sealed products. The customer service was also disappointing. Bought a roon nucleus titan music server from Addicted to Audio in Melbourne the unit turned out to be faulty and Trent from Addicted to Audio helped me through the diagnostics and ultimately arranged a replacement unit which works perfectly. Highly recommend Addicted to Audio!
