Spent a delightful afternoon selecting some new headphones at addicted to audio. The experience was made so much better with the expert help of Genevieve and Lewis. Highly recommended.
I simply came to enquire about a product that I was interested in but to my surprise they asked me to give it a try to see if it's really what I wanted. On top of that, they recommended me a few alternatives that they thought I might like. I ended up going with their recommendation and left the store with a product that suited my needs and preferences better. Superb service, knowledge and expertise from both John and Seyhan, 100% recommend that you look for them if you're in the market for earbuds and headphones.
Recently picked up a pair of Dali Spektor 2 speakers from the guys in Richmond (a relatively inexpensive item compared to some of the premium products sold here). Even with these lower budget speakers the guys in the store allowed as much the time as possible to test and critique before purchasing overall were great to deal with.
