Customer service is absolute garbage. Will not stick to promised times for delivery. Will make threats when you involve Paypal as a mediator. If i could give a negative star i would. Ultimately Paypal refunded me. But 11 weeks and nothing? 11weeks waiting for absolutely nothing. I hope anyone that thinks about buying reads and does not. I wish i had read before pulling the trigger and commit my money for 11weeks. DO NOT WASTE YOIR TIME WITH THIS GUY.

I ordered a bumper with a 4–6 week quoted lead time. I had seen some negative reviews beforehand but decided to give the seller the benefit of the doubt. That turned out to be a mistake. After the lead time passed, I received no response until I opened a PayPal dispute. I was then told "per company policy nothing would ship unless I closed buyer protection first". I ordered a bumper, rock sliders and frame reinforcement kit with a quoted 4–6 week lead time. I had seen some negative reviews beforehand but decided to give the seller the benefit of the doubt. After attempting to contact for several weeks with no reply it took filing a report with PayPal to finally get Scott to reply to me. Speaking with him thoroughly convinced me that my business was more valuable elsewhere. He still charged me a 20% restocking fee for a bumper he never shipped. I had to learn this 300 dollar lesson so hopefully you won't have to.

I ordered a front cross member mounting bracket and paid for it, but the part was never shipped as Scott have promised on Monday. He was quick to take my payment but failed to deliver the part. I try to contact him multiple time by phone with no answer, and I also send several emails with no response. Beware of this business before making a purchase- think twice, or you may end up regretting your order as I did. This guy is straight fraud try to collect PayPal payment, but luckily I paid with my credit card.
