10/10. Proper mechanics. Know their stuff. Honest, reliable and very very very helpful. The young Australian mechanic is amazing and really knowledgeable. Plus fair prices in such an expensive town, they really look after the locals.
Addept was great to work with in a pinch. In March 2024 I had my van's starter motor fail while some friends were borrowing it. Addept was able to fit it in a single day by freighting in the part and were flexible working with all of us to get us back on the road easily. Fast service and great communication. Thanks guys.

BE CAREFUL and ask for the price before they work on your car! Let me tell you my story at Addept Automotive. My head unit (screen that serves for radio control and camera for parking) was faulty, it was constantly moving while my car was turned off so they recommended me to change the screen. I asked how much it would cost to change the screen and the mechanic said 900NZD. (without knowing that the GST was not included) so I thought that’s fine let’s do it.
