Addeo’s Fire & Ice is the real deal. The pizza flat-out meets — and honestly exceeds — the New Haven Pizza standard. Beautiful char on the crust, great chew, balanced sauce-to-cheese ratio, and toppings that actually taste intentional, not just thrown on.
