To Susan, the medical secretary for Urologist, who give the CUH staff a bad name. She is so rude, unhelpful and made you feel like dust. I met her several time in the concourse while I waited for my partner. She really took her time for lunch and did her hair in the salon during working hour. I know staff only have 30 minutes for lunch but this lady seem to have much longer time. She always showing off about her daughter is a Medical doctor and working in Addenbrooke's hospital, the daughter doctor will be a consultant soon.... read more
