We just received a complete new heating and cooling system from Addcox Heating Service, this company was extremely helpful and efficient in the beginning stages of analyzing our old system and what was needed for our needs. They properly notified us on our scheduled time and confirmed what time they would be installing our system. Our overall experience with Addcox has been great, from the initial contact through the quote process for two mini split ductless systems and all through the installation process. They have a great team of people that work together and have an open line of communication with us throughout the entire process. Their staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to communicate with. We would 100% work with them again and will recommend them to any friends or family looking for services.
