Avoid This Place at All Costs – Worst Living Experience in Chicago. Addams Coliving is a complete scam and one of the worst rental experiences I’ve ever had. If you care at all about your safety, peace of mind, or getting what you paid for, STAY AWAY. They blatantly remove amenities that were promised in the lease like gym access, cleaning services, even basic supplies all gone with zero explanation. The rent stays the same, of course. I'm very disappointed with the fact that when I moved in the apartment I was mostly looking forward to the gym, of which I was told to wait for a week or two until the gym opens again.it's been almost a month now and this issue hasn't been resolved, I wouldn't have moved in if they were honest about the gym issues in the first place.
So far everything has been good! The space is clean and the process has gone smoothly. I’ve especially appreciated working with Nash he’s been super helpful, responsive, and patient with all my questions. Really grateful for the support so far!
