I am extremely disappointed with the management at this property. Before moving in, I clearly agreed to and paid two months of rent upfront (August and September). To my surprise, I was still charged September’s rent again, and now I’m being hit with additional fees. I have called the company multiple times; including management, and no one has responded, updated me, or shown any urgency to fix the mistake. My lease agent was Nash. He was amazing. Not only did he show me the apartment after he was off work (so on his own time). He held my hand through the entire process. And I'll have to admit I was kind of short with him a couple times but he was patient and kind. I 100% recommend this place but either way Nash is a superhero!

The staff at Addams Co-living are doing a good job handling difficult problems and situations. Nash Ponto takes the lead role and directs his staff to go the extra mile for his clients. We really appreciate their efforts.
