Sent them an email about a speeding ticket I got. They replied with text which was super convenient and let's me scroll back to see what was said. Super friendly, responsive and helpful. Helped me settle the ticket without even using their representation. In the past lawyers charged me for this but they just told me how to do it, (which was SUPER easy) and didn't take any money for it. Even when I offered. Will absolutely go back to them if I needed legal help again. Would recommend them to anyone.
