If 0 stars was a option I would surely give that rating. I ordered online and chose to pickup in store as I am local. My order was processed, I was charged, and according to the email with a order number along with all of the verification steps completed. As a pickup in-store option, you would proceed to think that your able to pick up once that is done. Apparently not!
