We work alongside Ciaran and the team at Add Value Building Group regularly, doing post-construction and handover cleans, and they’re genuinely one of the best builders we deal with. Their jobs are always well organised, communication is easy, the sites are well run, and the standard of work is consistently high. From a trade partner’s point of view, they’re an absolute pleasure to work with. If you’re looking for a builder who runs a tight ship and actually cares about quality, these guys are the real deal.
Ciaran and his team renovated and extended our character home in Mt Hawthorn. We’ve just moved in and couldn’t be happier with the finished product, as well as the process from start to finish. Exactly what we wanted, on time and on budget, couldn’t ask for much more.
Working with Ciaran was a pleasure, he is professional, thoughtful and an excellent communicator. We could not have had a better experience. He was up front regarding costs and details, and committed with us to an absolutely top level of quality in finishes. Ciaran was absolutely terrific to work with. A builder with a can do approach and an unwavering work ethic to back it up. After being mucked around by others in the industry, we’ll always be grateful to Ciaran for the superb, on budget and on time renovation he did for us. Would recommend without hesitation.
Ciaran is such a lovely guy and a very good communicator, unlike anyone else we have met in the industry. We had a great experience working with him. If ever there was an issue or something missing, he was very patient, open, accepting and prompt to ensure things were as we wanted them. If needed, he would come and do it himself to ensure it was right, even 10 months after the build when something small popped up.
