Ciaran is such a lovely guy and a very good communicator, unlike anyone else we have met in the industry. We had a great experience working with him. If ever there was an issue or something missing, he was very patient, open, accepting and prompt to ensure things were as we wanted them. If needed, he would come and do it himself to ensure it was right, even 10 months after the build when something small popped up. Ciaran's involvement in our major renovation and completion of a half-finished project was invaluable. Our 'Mr Fixit' provided wonderful advice and maintained total professionalism for the duration of a program which evolved into a stress free experience where the 'little extras' were covered. The workmanship was exceptional in every aspect to see completion on time and within budget . The outcome far exceeded our expectations.
