From start to finish, ADD Septic went above and beyond. They were extremely knowledgeable—not only did they handle the job with expertise, but they also took the time to educate us about our septic system, explaining what needed to be cleaned out and why. Dennis was extremely professional and very knowledgeable for being so young, his father taught him very well!! We were a first time customer as new homeowners and we will now be a repeated customer as needed. 5 stars is no where near high enough for what this family own Business deserves, I highly recommend this father and son for your septic needs!
The dad from this company was polite but they subcontracted someone to come do the dirt work and place the tanks and they have not come back to fix anything I have NO yard called the guy and he said he is waiting for it to be completely dry. would not recommend
Dennis is a funny guy. He showed up five minutes early, and didn't mind standing in the rain until the job was done well.
Excellent, prompt, friendly service. Dennis stood in the rain for over an hour to make sure our tanks got good and clean.
