This is third time over a year on my house where Adam helped. Outstanding quality of service and responsibility. I have a leak at home out of the blue and it was hard to detect and at least 5 plumbers rejected including few from check a trade, but Adam did not budge and took responsibility to fix it. His worksmanship is outstanding and delivers with quality. Had a heat pump survey scheduled with them and no one turned up. I called them around mid day and was told they will check and get back to me, but no one called back. I tried calling a few times for the rest of the day but no one answered; they completely ghosted me. I took off work and waited home all day for nothing.

Just had a full boiler and hot water system replacement by Add Heat. Great service and sensibly priced. They've come back within a matter of hours to deal with the little follow up issues. Very responsive to emails etc. Thanks to Adam, Sam, Libby and the team at Add Heat. Would definitely recommend.
