I have dealt with Adcraft professionally and personally for many years. I can't speak to other people's experiences or opinions, but I have always had great service from the Wheelers, Mary B and Amber.
HORRIBLE customer service!! I wouldn't recommend anyone to use them! 2 weeks past due date on my daughters wedding invitations! Thank goodness for the owner Thank you sir!!You try to keep it local and use the small business to keep them IN business but this is what happens!! LESSON LEARNED!! Wanted to rate a ZERO, but since the owner fixed it for us they received 1!!

The Kankakee/Bourbonnais are is lucky to have Adcraft Printers. Have used them many times while designing work for a client in this area. They have always delivered excellent printing, have been prompt, competitive and and know how to work with people. I especially like them, as I am a professional designer and often come up with unusual designs that may require a different fold or a special cut to make them work.
