After 6 years of service from a different company, ADCOMM somehow made a contract w my condo building to provide high sped internet and Direct tv service. Since they took over I have constant problems w my "high-speed" internet . Calling the building management to call them, does not have any effect on them. They have NO technicians on call and their customer service if you can reach them, will play games w you and ask you to do things (connect disconnect service) which you should never do. Would not recommend. Spotty internet service. Poor customer service. They do not answer phone and provide no support on Sunday.
