Really honest people they seem to be a very long standing business with a family vibe. They will stop at nothing to make sure that you’re accommodated. Everyone is very friendly. Recently sold to people who want to make customer experience top priority along with fixed right the first time.
Went to get my tires changed from summer to winter and get an oil change. I had an appointment for 1PM. It took 1 hour to switch over tires, already on rims and an oil change. When I got the invoice i was charged to have my coolant fluid topped up, which I was not informed that it was low. If I had known I would have gotten it and topped it up myself for a lot less than that charged me. I’m wondering if it was low.
