They refuse to answer the phone! The person taking calls is extremely rude and doesn't know how to intake calls for a company. Really wouldn’t want this guy working at my business, hes turning away customers with an attitude. (Response to his reply) Doesn't excuse your unprofessional tone and aggressive response to an incoming call. Answered the phone rude to begin with.
