I would give them zero stars if I could. I called to book an urgent ultrasound and the booking agent actually said to me they were too busy and there wasn't anything she could do. I called CDC and got amazing service and help. I am shocked by the interaction I had with this booking agent!
AMAZING! I have brought both my littles here for X-rays now. Both visits, we did not have to wait and the tech was incredible with the kids! She let my son & daughter adjust the equipment and kept it all fun! She spoiled them with suckers at the end too! 10/10 recommend.
Front desk was five out of five dressing room area two for five it wasn’t clean it smelled like someone had been cooking in there. a technician who’s actually a radiologist working as an ultrasound tech but I was not fooled. This is the second AHCS service I have viewed now that is not up to the standards we are accustomed to. Just a little brighter would be great. Thanks got my results fine
Great place for xrays/ultrasounds, etc. Front end staff are absolutely lovely! They are cheerful, friendly, helpful and make a person feel welcome; which is very important to someone who may be ill, in pain, or both. The ultrasound tech was also very nice. He explained what he was doing and offered some helpful suggestions for healthy work station posture, for people sitting at work, most of the day. It was an overall, very positive experience and I highly recommend this place for any medical imaging!
It took 7 business days to receive X-ray results which seems unreasonable. Also, when trying to contact the lab by phone, no one answered and I was not able to leave a message. But when I was in the lab, the ladies were super friendly and helpful.
