100 stars if I could, no wait when I went at 11am on a weekday. Super easy and I could tell the gentleman that was working there by himself took great pride in his work and customer service. I highly recommend this testing center.
I've been going through ADC for about 3 years now and I have to say I absolutely love them! I'm always greeted with a smile and they make the entire process go smoothly. I had the pleasure of working with the owner and she made sure I felt comfortable and answered all my questions. I would recommend them everytime!
Today, I experienced harassment and discrimination at the hands of Shaneen Hoerauf for the second time. Upon simply walking into the establishment, I was immediately met by Shaneen, who told me, without any provocation, “I’m not helping you.” I informed her that I had already paid for the service and expected it to be completed. She refused again and escalated the situation by calling the police on me — an action that felt both threatening and unjustified, especially given the dangers Black men face in such encounters.
