ADC Paving came out to give me an estimate on my parking lot. Kris, the estimator, was very professional, answered all of my questions, and even provided his contact info should I need to reach out with further questions. A proposal was sent to me in a timely manner, complete with job details and a map depicting the scope of work. The crew arrived on site as scheduled, completed the work in the time frame given, and were very professional. My parking lot looks good as new, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience!
If I could go back in time I never would have chosen this company.I strongly caution anyone considering ADC Paving for driveway or paving work. My experience with this company was awful—both in terms of the poor quality of their work and their total lack of professionalism or accountability. I fully understand that mistakes happen, but it is what is done to correct them that shows a company’s true colors. The paving job was clearly substandard. From start to finish ADC Paving was very professional, and did everything they said they would do, from the estimate to the job completion. The back office support was very informative, and kept me posted throughout the process. We plan to use ADC Paving again, both residentially and in our commercial business.
ADC did a great job paving my driveway. They had great communication and finished my driveway ahead of schedule.
