I had a disappointing experience at ADC Imaging. I tried calling multiple times with no answer. When I went in person, the clinic was not busy, yet no one was assisting patients. The reception staff appeared occupied with personal conversation instead of answering phones or helping people at the desk. Despite the clinic being empty, I was not helped in a timely manner and was told to rely on appointments. I had a great experience at X-Ray ADC Imaging in Walden. The receptionists were professional and welcoming. The technician who did my elbow X-ray was also very professional and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. The clinic was clean and well-organized. Overall, a smooth and pleasant visit. Highly recommend!

Terrible service. Called about 12 times within a week to book an appointment and reception never answered. Tired via e-mail and nothing also. Bad service overall.
