Everything went smoothly! The appointment was quick and right on time — we didn’t have to wait even a minute. The staff were friendly and professional, the place was clean and well-kept, and there’s plenty of parking available. Unlike some other clinics, everything here runs exactly on schedule — no extra hour of waiting after your appointment time, which I really appreciate. I went to the facility today for my X-ray and ultrasound appointment. I arrived about six minutes late due to traffic. While I was on my way, I received a call from the front desk asking if I was still coming. I explained that I was stuck in traffic but would be there shortly. When I arrived, the front desk employee, Jeremy, asked me about my tests. The staff were friendly and professional. However, I was disappointed with the ultrasound experience. I felt uncomfortable due to the lack of privacy, and I don’t think removing my pants was necessary for a kidney ultrasound. I hope patient privacy and comfort can be improved.

I was at this location last week. I had a STAT Ultrasound request for my son. The admin staff did not care. They wanted to book me for 5 days away. Not an offer to check other locations. Nothing. Only after I asked them to call the doctor did they provide me with a location 40 minutes away and the appointment was 3 hours from then. I asked to speak to the manager, I haven’t received a call yet. I wonder why? As soon as I requested to speak with management, I was treated poorly. My son was in pain and I was worried. ***Edit*** Shortly after this review I was very well taken care of by the girls like always. They promptly tried to figure out what the delay was. I had the results shortly after. I continued to have another exam and procedure done at this location and they of course were amazing. I spend a lot of time in the healthcare setting, unfortunately, and these girls definitely make it less stressful for me.
