After reading all the reviews, I decided to leave mine: I went in as a walk-in for an X-ray. The receptionists were kind and efficient, and after about 20 minutes, I was done. If it had been busier, I understand it might have taken a bit longer. Remember, you’re not going to Disney, don’t expect everyone to greet you with a big smile and a coffee. We had an early morning appt. as my 92 year old mother had to fast. When we checked in I told them that I had previously called to make sure they had a low bed as she is frail. They assured me they did. Upon arriving I mentioned this. All 3 girls denied talking to me about this. Then they said they didn’t know. Thank goodness they did. Emily is such an amazing receptionist, she has always been efficient, kind, and makes sure of supporting my needs.
I came for an X-ray without an Apt. but there was a cancellation and the staff at check in got me scheduled to get the ultrasound as well. Both technicians explained everything throughly through the process of both tests. I will go here again . Thank you, Dianne.
I was in pain when I visited the clinic, and the receptionists and technicians were all knowledgable, gentle, and lightened the mood during a stressful time. I also witnessed a heartwarming interaction between an elderly patient and one of the receptionists, who was direct, spoke clearly, and kind to the patient. A great experience overall, I would recommend ADC.
