I was impress how clean and super friendly staff are. The tech taking the X-ray is very friendly and funny and nice.
My experience with the ultrasound and X‑ray technicians was excellent, but the Asian receptionist’s behavior was very disappointing. She spoke harshly to her coworker right in front of me and other patients. The younger staff member stayed quiet while being scolded, which made the situation even more uncomfortable. It’s hard to understand why someone so unprofessional would be placed in a customer‑facing role. Took my elderly mom to the Avenida location for an ultrasound. The receptionist, Emily, was friendly, professional, very accommodating. The technician, whose name I didn't catch was also friendly. If we need another U/S, we'll go to ADC in Avenida.
Great staff and very gentle towards my kid.
