After reading all the reviews, I decided to leave mine: I went in as a walk-in for an X-ray. The receptionists were kind and efficient, and after about 20 minutes, I was done. If it had been busier, I understand it might have taken a bit longer. Remember, you’re not going to Disney, don’t expect everyone to greet you with a big smile and a coffee. We had an early morning appt. as my 92 year old mother had to fast. When we checked in I told them that I had previously called to make sure they had a low bed as she is frail. They assured me they did. Upon arriving I mentioned this. All 3 girls denied talking to me about this. Then they said they didn’t know. Thank goodness they did.
