My car has been abandoned and still not repair for four months. The shop owner Tito's fault is his big problem did not communicate with me. He should not tell me a price total parts and labor hour on phone conversation before towing arrived to his shop. Tito should tell me not to bring my car to his shop during our phone conversation. Tito and his staff are amazing! I was in a hit and run and was unsure about the insurance process but his inside knowledge and years of experience made everything a breeze.
