We have had nothing but bad to worse service from this company. To straighten out a retaining wall. We signed a contract in December and gave over a two thousand dollar deposit. After seven appointments that they missed and one time the crew came out and with the wrong equipment and said they could not do it. We have a manager come out and took videos, and said they could it. so from December to March we have had nothin done. If I could offer zero stars in this review I would do so. I am extremely displeased with the operational services of this company. To begin with I scheduled a free estimate which entailed weeks of waiting. A couple days prior to my scheduled appointment I was notified I would have to reschedule because the representative visiting me had a work emergency that required his attention. It is beyond me how this company gets 5 stars, I would give it zero stars given the choice. I had them look at my front door to see why it was hard to open. They put together a estimate of 7000.00 to repair and I put down 30% (2000.00) and after I researched it more, my house may have mine subsidence and need to be monitored for a certain time. I called Woods to cancel the work And get my 30% back and now are refusing to do so! A total bunch of jerks!! Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
