Company does not pay its sub contractors. Highly would not recommend doing work with this company. If you’re a small utility construction company that doesn’t like to get paid for months worth of work and possibly go out of business or into debt to keep afloat this is your company.
Installing TDS fiber on a federal grant (welfare). Out of state worker dont not care about the damage they are causing.
