Fitz’s was kind from the first phone call. My mother was visiting my house, and someone attempted to steal her vehicle, leaving it a huge mess and unable to run. Outstanding service, quick and reliable
Everyone was so friendly and courteous. I lost the key fob to my car and it was replaced and programmed within a day. And much cheaper than if I would’ve gone to the dealership. Excellent customer service by the entire team!
These people are the best. As a person with a background in electronics and electrical in general I have always been impressed w not only the quality and skill of the troubleshooting, which is def the hardest part, but also the great communication that comes from the front of the house. After seeing you and your professionial staff recently on TV commercials it brought to mind that my wife and I had previously identified your outstanding automotive service as "The Problem Solvers" and we wanted you to know! My wife and I were about ready to get rid of our originally owned 2007 Hyundai Santa Fe last August, 2024.
