I was very happy with Fitz’z. I’ve had issues with shops in the past, but Fitz’z, Josh specifically, did a wonderful job walking me through the steps they would take to find a solution to my car problems, and were very kind. They called with updates frequently, and talked through options to come up with the best solution. Highly recommend.
Chris, the owner was excellent to work with during a difficult situation. He kept me informed throughout the entire process. I must say his shop is immaculate, not like most of the shops I've seen, and it is a reflection of the customer service they provide. Thank you to Chris and his team for making a bad situation much easier to handle.

My car was broken into, they broke my window and destroyed my steering column. Fitz’s was the only shop in the area who was able to give me a quote to fix my car because it is a Kia Soul. Chris, the owner, treated me with kindness and compassion as I dealt with multiple insurance delays. He worked with me and helped me navigate a system I had no knowledge of. I had taken my Ford Escape to a well known tire company in Webster Groves for brake and tire replacement.
