FUTURE RESIDENTS PLEASE READ – As a current resident for some time, I can say Cortland World Gateway is a shell of what it once was and if I was moving in today, I would move elsewhere. We once had an A team leasing office where you felt welcome and heard about your concerns. Towing update: vehicles marked for towing with impossible to remove stickers that are correctly registered in the apartment communities database. They allow the tow truck drive to "check" the vehicles but does not require them to validate if they are belong to residents or validate the tags to find out if the vehicle is properly registered. They attempt to state the vehicle owner would pay for all expenses but this is incorrect if they illegally tow a resident's vehicle. Lived here for a few years now and only renewed the lease because I couldn’t move out. Hopefully this helps turn other folks away. This place is a joke. Let’s break it down: 1. The fire alarms. As others have mentioned they go off ALL. THE. TIME. cortland replied to someone on here saying it’s the fault of the safety company but we as residents never heard that.
