My daughter lives here with her roommate. They recently moved from a 3 bedroom to a 2 bedroom. A new apartment became available a few days before their scheduled move in date on the one they had put their deposit on to hold became available. They really liked the building they had been in and it was in that same building on that same floor. Front desk is incredibly difficult to communicate with as they are only in office select days of the week and may take up to a week to respond via email. After multiple attempts to transfer units, all of which failed due to communication issues. The maintenance team and location remain the only reasons we stay within the complex. If you decide to move in do not get a unit other than on the top floor, they have removed/ are removing carpet from all units in-between renters without putting additional sound dampening down. As a new resident of Cortland World Gateway, my entire experience from application submission to move-in was exceptional. I absolutely love my unit and gorgeous sunset view!
