Extremely Disappointed with the Manager, Jessica I had an absolutely horrible experience dealing with Jessica, the manager. My car was towed while I was on the property, and instead of offering any assistance or understanding, she blamed me for it and did nothing to help. Her attitude was cold, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. I expected a manager to handle situations with at least a little empathy or problem-solving skills, but Jessica showed none of that.
