I was very disappointed in my overall experience at Adara salon. When I walked in the receptionist was behind the desk but took minutes to greet me. My haircut was mediocre...facial framing cut only on one side, not enough layers put in my hair, my stylist was cold,unfriendly,& not concerned if I liked my haircut. I did not receive a scalp massage nor a very good shampoo. I should have just gone to mastercuts! Didn't seem customer service was of concern to anyone that was working here. I love Adara. Amanda always delivers a great cut and she did a perfect color for my complexion last time I went. Another wonderful cut today. I also had a pedicure with Rachel and it was the best one I've ever received. Thanks to you both!
