Go!!! I have trusted Diana with my hair for over a decade. The compliments I receive on my hair weekly, are only because of the exceptional techniques and expertise and natural product, she uses on my hair. Her ad says "nobody knows blonde the way Adara does" is all true! I would go further to say Adara knows all color for hair like nobody else. We walked into Aveda for a peek, we weren't sure about the products but the place smells great, they were very friendly and informative, and we are now hooked. We go everytime our products run out, they also have the best tea for a sample. It tastes great! We enjoy what aveda stands for, and how their products work.

Diana is extremely unprofessional. I was a transfer client from someone who left the salon. Upon my SIX hour process with Diana (in 12 years, the longest I've ever been in the chair for the EXACT same process is 3 hours!), she charged me DOUBLE what the other stylist did: they shared the same prices. I had no problem paying the amount but when Diana says that she thought the other stylist undercharged me, she should have discussed the change in fees PRIOR to beginning my hair, not after. Where else can you get naturaly derived products that are 99% natural. The hair cuts are cheap starting at 14 (when comparing these to what some people pay hundreds of dollars for) and color starts at 40. they also do facials and massages and pretty much the whole works. I didnt mind students doing it at all because they had there intructors hovering over them as they worked. I also love the pre massage or foot soak they give when purchasing a serive. I was new in town and asked a friend to recommend a GOOD salon as I am particular about the way my hair is taken care of at a salon. She referred me to ADARA, said she had been going there for years and would go no where else. I have been going there now for 4 months for color and cut and had a fantastic perm In August. I took pictures, let my hair dry naturally and described in detail. She even showed me a magazine with the cut I wanted. She took FOREVER and she cut my hair so short and NOT like the picture. Two months later, I am still waiting for it to grow back so I can "fix" it.
