Very helpful reservation staff, easy after hours check in, nice and quiet overnight, but room was shabby and tired and needed a good clean. Bed looked like it had either been made very badly or not at all after previous guest, shower was filthy. This was disappointing because location is very good if accessing Epworth.

The staff were brilliant - stayed here and still staying here post surgery from Epworth Richmond - they have been so supportive and have cleaned the rooms twice with no extra fees and they were happy to do it with no worries. - the cost of staying itself is very good value. Everything is very convenient and the local cafe and shops on bridge road. These apartments are very central if you want the quiet but not too far away from the busy. Our room (12) was absolutely filthy! The shower had clumps of mould and dirt that was washing into the water as we showered. Had not been scrubbed in a very long time. Bathroom and kitchen floors also filthy! The carpets and couch need a proper carpet clean. A part from location, this place is terrible! We advised staff on check out but just an apology was received.
