Our room (12) was absolutely filthy! The shower had clumps of mould and dirt that was washing into the water as we showered. Had not been scrubbed in a very long time. Bathroom and kitchen floors also filthy! The carpets and couch need a proper carpet clean. A part from location, this place is terrible! We advised staff on check out but just an apology was received.
Super convenient for Bridge Rd and Epworth Hospital. Short walk from tram stops. Comfortable and quiet, well appointed room at a reasonable rate. Would have no hesitation in returning when the need arises.
This is a cheap place to stay and it shows 2 places in one building, confusion is an understatement Had issues with WiFi unable to connect reported on first day nothing done. Sent another message after 3 days WiFi, dishwasher not working, gym unavailable doona was filthy in-between sheets and as an add too there was a glass missing. The only thing they wanted to address was to ask if we wanted another glass. All this was done by txt as if we called out of hours it was a $100 fee. Certainly won't be going back.
I felt really uncomfortable staying here, the rooms felt dirty and had a strange smell. I would recommend staying here
Well priced, rooms need abit of update. Very disappointed gym closed and no offer for alternative leisure, given this is a significant thing for long term and business travellers. Without a gym or modernisatio, would struggle to justify further stay.
