Jesus did an incredible job. He fixed my door and painted it.
On-site Management is fantastic and A+ and you won't have problems with them unless you are the problem. BUT the corporate entity behind them is cheap on some things. I've almost injured myself on one of their treadmills a couple times now. Onsite sets up visits and it gets fixed but it clearly just needs replaced. It's been broken down at least 5 times since I've moved in. They also won't add heavier dumbbells or replace the other aging weight machines.The extra community costs also seem high considering this. Since the new management took over, this complex has declined significantly. Management is extremely difficult to communicate with concerns are often ignored, dismissed, or brushed aside, yet they are quick to point out every detail and fine-print provision in the lease when it benefits them. The office staff is consistently rude and often seems to have an attitude when residents raise legitimate concerns. Robin is extremely rude and short tempered. I really wanted to move here but the way she behaves and talk over you when you are trying to explain is extremely unprofessional. I get it you hate your job and most people do but at least try to fake it.
