Moved in with a safety light on the stove that wouldn't go out and almost zero water pressure at the kitchen sink. Took multiple attempts to get anyone do anything about it. Was told water pressure is what it is. I ended up cleaning out the lines under the sink myslkef to improve it, but it was still dismal. Had to remind them to pick up the pet waste out the containers multiple times. Walls and ceiling very thin. We lived here from 2017-2024 and we really enjoyed our time. The staff (especially Nick and April) are very kind and welcoming.
MAY 20, 2025 UPDATE: Since last month, my issues with maintenance seem to have been addressed with requests since then being promptly responded to and quickly resolved. Additionally, the maintenance staff were friendly and personable. In addition, the office staff seem to take concerns seriously as I was quickly responded to directly after providing said feedback via survey afterwards.
