This place is super unprofessional. Trying to make a move from Texas to Kansas City and this community seemed promising but the application process has been a nightmare. We put in the application over 2 weeks ago and have not received any proper communication from them. They gladly took our fee and processed the application but have not given us any other communication minus the denial but no further information as to why. Reconsider this place if you are looking for promptness and professionalism.
I have had the oddest issue within my apartment that has been quite frusterating to deal with. The tub spout diverter has went out 7 times now, making it unable to take a shower. Each time I put in a new maintanace request, and am told I have to wait until they're available,which is typically 3-7 days. They have replaced the tub spout 7 times now in less than 12 months. My roommate and I almost cried when we left because it felt as though we were finally free of a toxic relationship. From the very beginning to the very end there was so much miscommunication and unclear details with management. I just recently moved in a little over a month ago and I’m having regrets already. It took them over a month to do my maintenance requests I submitted the day I moved in. My blinds were broke when I moved in and instead of getting me new ones like they said, they took some from another set and put them in with mine and they are now different colors.
