Soo irritated with the facility next door😠😡 This lady was pushed down my street , kitty corner of my house of the right.. at 7:30am by a gentleman. Its 9:25am. something seemed off. People fly down our street all the time and this GENTLEMAN parked her wheelchair at the end of someones driveway and just LEFT HER THERE. I went to see if she needed help (i dont work for them and im sure they have policies) she said she her wheel was stuck in a little hole (which it was). RecommendedMy mom has lived here for 2 years. Patients are rough, but staff is really nice.
overpriced, understaffed, caretakers could care less, no support from the racist management. Staff and residents are rude and disrespectful ingrates...
A care(less) facility more concerned w/ appearances than care.
