I regret to say that I do not recommend Adara based on my personal experience. From the very beginning, I encountered several issues. I paid $50 for my initial appointment reservation, and again for the second appointment. However, this payment was never deducted from the total cost of my treatment package, which I found very concerning. I tried to address this issue with the receptionist, but she was dismissive and did not seem to understand what I was trying to explain. Very disappointed from my last visit. I’ve been in this place a couple of times and this time I got a different aesthetician, which originally thought it was a good idea to compare different techniques but it was just really a total failure since the moment I lay down she didn’t even took the time to clean my face properly just to rush to take a picture “for my file” and for being there for a cleaning facial that seemed like a very bad start.
