We could not be more DISPLEASED and DISGUSTED with Adara Home Health. They were contracted by the Veteran's Administration to help our disabled vet relative. The nurse case manager showed up at the his apartment, but wouldn't take his vitals or set up his meds or do anything to help him because she said his apartment was too dirty (something we were working on helping him get cleaned up). Terrible management at Mendota heights location. Micro managing manager who also is terrible at communication. I advise anyone trying to work there to look else where. So many home health places in MN that treat their staff AND clients way more! Adara home health is more interested in getting money from clients who disrespect their health aids and managers.
