I experienced a Myriad of problems throughout the whole time. they did stay in contact and tried to make things right but at the end of the day, they kept sending the same employees out, and it was just shotty workmanship. Silicone caulk smeared everywhere, not clean lines, dirty caulk, improper caulking, so now I have to go back through and fix where there are gaps or not enough caulk used to keep water out of places.
Just had a new tankless water heater installed and was impressed by their kindness and quality.
They did a great job fixing a leak in my sprinkler system that caused my basement to flood. Responded right away and sent someone to help right away and got it fixed very quick.
Adaptive plumbing is amazing. We use them for all our plumbing needs for all our plumbing needs on all the properties. They are super knowledgeable and extremely fast to respond.
