I have been going to Kevin for a couple of years now. Although I strength train consistently, some days I just feel tight in my back and neck due to my office desk job. I went to Kevin as I had been dealing with lower back spasms for a few weeks. Kevin was very knowledgable and able to do an assessment of my back and help me correct muscle imbalances as well as release muscle tension. He also provided exercises I could do with a foam roller at home. Highly recommended!
