Staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and supportive. I felt totally safe and comfortable as a newcomer.
Adaptive healing may be one of the best yoga studios I've ever joined. I have met many members of the staff, and all of the employees made me feel welcome. Each teacher (I met at least 5 different instructors) was phenomenal, leading the class with such amazing instruction and guidance. I can't explain enough how wonderful I feel after my yoga sessions. Adaptive Healing and its staff are wonderful! In their beautiful studio, they offer some truly amazing trauma-informed yoga classes, and I highly recommend them for anyone looking to access yoga in any body.
