Have taken several different classes and always leave feeling so much better than when I arrived, physically and emotionally. The setting is so calming and relaxing and would definitely recommend Adaptive Healing and their staff!
Love going to Adrienne’s studio for yoga classes. The different instructors and classes are great! Very welcoming atmosphere that allows to unwind from the day. Highly recommend joining the studio :)
