I love Adaptive Healing Yoga! I have recently discovered this studio, and I plan to return! The yin yoga was a perfect first class for me, as I was able to be comfortable and supported, and relaxed, even with some shoulder pain that I've been managing. There is a very good energy to this place, and the staff are skilled, kind and welcoming!!
