Taryn is incredible! She is patient, takes her time to explain and guide my son. When my son started the exercises it was difficult for him but Taryn worked with him at his pace until he dramatically improved. I highly recommend Taryn and Adaptive Fitness Training!
Very professional and accommodating to kids. My son loves it! Whoever is looking for a private trainer for their child, this is the best place.
Amazing program & amazing trainers! I recommend everyone and anyone interested in making a difference to attend this program. My daughter looks forward to working out with her friends every Sunday afternoon
