Jordan has really supported Colin whether Colin wanted to learn to jump rope or if Colin was having an off day, he could incorporate meditation into that days program. We appreciate Jordan’s flexibility in customizing the workouts to meet Colin’s needs and help him to reach personal goals!

My son has worked with Coach Jordan for about 4 years at his previous gym, and he has made tremendous progress. His box jumps, bosu ball balancing, and elliptical machine coordination are just a few of the things that have shown significant improvements. Jordan is excellent at balancing exercises with fun cardio-based games, which helps keep my son engaged in his sessions. Jordan is so patient and has really helped our son who used to avoid exercising. He has also been great at handling our son when he was having a bad day and having behaviors. Now our 13 year old does sit ups in his room and uses our elliptical trainer on his own!

Adaptive Therapy with Coach Jordan has been a blessing for my 6 year old nonverbal son living with autism. After the very first session, my son is a different kid, he is more aware, confident and is developing so fast I cant keep up! I have never seen my son so focused. Its amazing!
