Several months ago ordered special kettle for $180 inc postage. After not receiving it after a month Sunita advised she was getting courier that day. Another 4 weeks and nothing arrived. I checked company in case of scam. As part of the disability world I warn people if you are buying expensive wheelchairs check first. You may lose your money. I would have got someone in Brisbane to see if they are legit

These people were excellent to deal with and even delivered my husband’s existing unsuitable walker to our accommodation, as it would not fit in our transport with the new walker. A very satisfied customer who is now happy to use a walker that is very suited to his needs. A big thank you.
