These people were excellent to deal with and even delivered my husband’s existing unsuitable walker to our accommodation, as it would not fit in our transport with the new walker. A very satisfied customer who is now happy to use a walker that is very suited to his needs. A big thank you.

Still waiting on the promised investigation into this. All up I'm $58 out of pocket for an error they admitted to. Made and paid for an order that took so long to arrive, with no timeline provided on request, that I cancelled the order. They then sent the product, a number of weeks after I had cancelled. I contacted them and was told it was an internal error on their part. Returned the crutches but was only refunded the cost of the product, not the postage for them to send to me ($40) not for me to return to them ($18). Than... read more

I spoke to Michelle at headoffice and she was so friendly and helpful, thank you so much!!! I also spoke to Lisa at the Southport store and she was great too!
