Navigating through NDIS can be quite daunting sometimes, and finding good providers just as challenging. I was fortunate enough to had been referred to Adaptive Counselling through one of my support workers after many unsavoury incidents with subpar providers. As an NDIS Support Coordinator, the service that Adaptive has provided myself and my clients has been invaluable. The professionals in this company pull up their sleeves and jump into the problems of the clients with you, always looking for what's best for the people that they work with. If you're looking for a service that will be there with you, through the thick of it all, this is the OT/Psychology service for you.
I had two (2) appointments at Adaptive Counseling & Psychology with Olivia Syposs as a result of a traumatic event that occurred in my life. I have found that this clinic, particularly, Olivia Syposs, to be extremely unprofessional. I had an appointment on Sunday, where he she cancelled last minute the night before. I used the online system to re-book the following day, in which she cancelled again last minute and sent me an sms that stated she would call to re-schedule which she never did.
