I cannot speak highly enough of Tanner and the crew at Adaptive Bodies. I have come back into the gym after suffering a couple of pulmonary embolisms and was very unsure of how to proceed. Tanner took the time to research my affliction and tailored a programme to assist me with a steady and safe return to training again. Clayton, Shannan, Eliza and Kaitlyn are superb fitness professionals, coaches and motivators. They are always extremely enthusiastic, energetic and provide a wide range of programs that engage and develop fitness goals. I've been lucky to have been treated by the team for over 18 months and I always look forward to my sessions. Loving your work team! Cheers
I have throughout the year found the staff competent, friendly and idea suggestive to assist in all aspects of health and fitness. I have mainly involved with Clayton and Eliza with some interaction with other staff from other center's and they have also been professional and helpful.
