Excellent as always.
The clinic is easily-accessible and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. Dr Rierson is very professional. She keeps me informed and answers all my questions and concerns.
From the moment I walked in the door to be greeted warmly by Julie through my appointment with Dr. Rierson, this was, as always, a productive and helpful exchange. My hearing aids were cleaned and checked and my ears were also cleaned. My hearing is in very capable and caring hands at Adaptive Audiology Solutions.
Dr. Sondra listened to the hearing issues I was experiencing. She was very thorough in her explanations and instructions in operating my hearing aid. After I was fitted I was surprised at even the sound of my own voice! I hardly even feel them in/on my ear. This was something I had put off for quite awhile. I’m very happy with the fit, performance in different arenas and ease of use with my phone! I definitely recommend Dr Sondra and Adaptive Audiology! If you are having hearing issues don’t put it off!
Sondra got my blue tooth working again on my cell to correlate with my hearing aids. Thanks so much!
