Incompetence at its finest. I sit here in pain waiting for a brace. They don't contact me to tell me they don't carry it. So I just sit here in limbo. They claimed they contacted me on July 31st. My call logs/email/sms beg to differ. I have proof. Thanks a lot!!!! So you tell me to contact you. But why? You don't follow up. So what's the point?

I appreciated how quickly I can get a person to talk with at AdaptHealth! They helped me to get the supplies I needed and billing went well even when my credit card was denied while I was waiting for a new card. Staff has been very friendly and helpful as well!
