The staff at AdaptHealth were very helpful and friendly. I was seen at the United Sleep Clinic and prescribed a CPAP machine, so it was very convenient that they were located on the same floor just around the corner. I walked over to look at the available equipment, and they took all my info at the front desk to get me in the system for when I had to come get fitted. Greg took the time to find out what the issues were with the oxygenator that had been delivered last week. He then brought in another oxygenator that was 20+ decibels quieter and the setting did not reset on its own. Great service. The replacement oxygenator is a vast improvement over the previous one. It’s is actually an improvement over all of the 10 liter oxygenators that I have used over the past year. Thank you Greg.
Abdul is very knowledgeable about the equipment and management of them. He is very helpful and answers all of our questions.
