Pray that you never need to use this company or their National Drive location. Their incompetence is surpassed only by their abject disinterest in the welfare of their clientele. One star is too many.
Newborn on oxygen and cant get his supplies. Had to go to the hospital after 33 days in the NICU. Kaiser and Adapt need to get it together. People's lives depend on it.
AdaptHealth is incompetent and poorly run. They removed equipment 4/28, then continue to bill us into May, June and July. Their Billing department is a joke, asks alot of questions but nobody can resolve anything! Asking for a supervisor does nothing, as they are never available. I call every time a bill arrives and they are too incompetent to figure out a resolution. Bill #7 arrived today. Again, incompetence from them. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! CPAP user. Kaiser made a poor choice changing from Apria Health to ADAPT Health. I sure hope they change back to Apria.
