It’s extremely difficult to find the correct location for ANY AdaptHealth outlet, so this relates to them ALL. After trying to refill a prescription for CGM sensors, first by responding to a text, I contacted the company after waiting 5 weeks, when they told me they needed clinical notes and a prescription. No problem, saw the doctor and they faxed the information. Adapthealth said they didn’t receive it. It was resubmitted. I don't recommend Adapthealth. I purchased my Phillips Dream Machine CPAP machine from Adapthealth. I thought my insurance Tricare was paying for my entire CPAP machine. It turned out to be a monthly payment for me. Tricare pays only a fraction of the price of the CPAP machine. Additionally Adapthealth signed me up for their private contractor to supply me with cleaning supplies. (Of which Tricare doesn't cover).
