I had a referral sent in over a month ago, and I've tried calling to book an appointment numerous times and never got through, have left voicemails, emails, and texts desperately trying to book in and am yet to even get a response back. Absolutely poor and unprofessional behaviour for someone who is supposed to work in mental health. Wasted months and months of my time when there is already such a massive waitlist for therapy. If I could give zero stars I would.
