My husband suddenly became quite ill so I was urgently in need of grab bars. Adaptech answered my call and outfitted our bathroom, shower and a railing going outside. Richard was prompt, polite and helpful with suggestions. Great job.
Customer service was exceptional and prices were extremely fair and reasonable. I would highly highly recommend! My 87-year-old mother recently had a fall and I contacted Richard for assistance with installing some adaptive bars in her bathroom. He helped me identify proper replacement, and the quality of the equipment was high. He was such a pleasure to work with!
