We had a wonderful experience working with Richard at Adaptech for our stair lift installation. From the very beginning, Richard was incredibly thorough and patient in explaining the equipment and the entire process. My dad was able to try the stair lift in their showroom, which helped us feel confident in our decision. The installation itself went smoothly and was completed with great care and professionalism. We’re very pleased with the service and highly recommend Richard and the Adaptech team!
Would highly recommend for ramp rental! Adaptech was the fastest and most responsive of the 4 companies we reached out to in the area. They were very responsive and provided exactly what we needed.
We needed to have a ramp done quickly because our father was getting out of the hospital. I researched many types of ramps to build, and then came across the idea of renting a ramp. I am so impressed by the professionalism, the information, and the advice that Adaptech gave us. They were quick to respond to our needs, and the staff was amazing. I would highly recommend them for any work that you need to make your home more accessible. Now we have a ramp and grab bars to allow our dad to come home.
I reached out to Richard. He came out on a Saturday to look what was needed. The following Monday Richard quoted. After a few discussions with Richard and the needs for my mom, he requoted the starlift for the garage with 2 grab bars for the bathroom. Within a week scheduled and job is completed.
