We dropped in a couple times while visiting the DMV area. Amy was a fantastic coach and helped to modify the workout for me since I wasn’t familiar with all the techniques. She’s an amazing coach and very thorough with the warmup, explanations and motivation throughout the workout. Happy to have found it. The box is also a very large and great space. Thank you!
I cannot say enough good things about CrossFit Adaptation. I have been a member at multiple CrossFit gyms over the years and CrossFit Adaptation has been far and away the best member experience. The coaching and programming are top notch and the community is very welcoming of all athletes, regardless of skill level. The owners, Amy and Jim, are awesome. Whether you are looking for a home gym in the Arlington area or just dropping in from out of town, I highly recommend CrossFit Adaptation!
CrossFit Adaptation offers a welcoming, supportive environment for members of all fitness levels, and I mean all! I barely moved before attending Elements. We have had two coaches so far, Jim and Amy, and they have been wonderful. I highly recommend this gym.
