I do not what it is with the forklift industry, but I have been trying to get our company forklift serviced and repaired now for over two (2) months. Another company, is even worse than Adaptalift, believe it or not!! I have been trying to get a quote for repairs form this company now for over two weeks and they still cannot even supply a price, let alone availability of said parts, or even when they can schedule technicians to attend site. Disorganised
Donot go there they have zero customers service bought 2 pallets jack from them and they stuffed up in 2 weeks and no one is there to tell you how to fix and replace them
Not impressed, warranty issues with Brakes, several attempts to rectify. Credit Card image taken and funds removed without my consent. MULTIPLE emails and phone calls. Still waiting for funds to be returned for a warranty issue.
