I do not what it is with the forklift industry, but I have been trying to get our company forklift serviced and repaired now for over two (2) months. Another company, is even worse than Adaptalift, believe it or not!! I have been trying to get a quote for repairs form this company now for over two weeks and they still cannot even supply a price, let alone availability of said parts, or even when they can schedule technicians to attend site.
